Go Skateboarding Day!

I am going to make a quick interruption on trying to catch up on overdue posts, because this is a current, sad sad day. 

Apparently June 20th is 'Go Surfing Day' I missed all the waves due to my location at the moment. 

So today, June 21st, the first day of summer, the longest day of the year, and of course 'Go Skate Day.' I decided I should go for a roll, I mean it has been tradition for over 10 years now. The weather was looking a bit iffy, but I went for it. Skated to the MRT.

I have taken this escalator quite a few times, and it amazes me every time. Biggest one I've seen, trust me this photo does not do it justice. 

Anyways, I exited and the wrong station, and couldn't find the park. Tried the other one where I thought it could be and BINGO!

This is what I came to when I came out of the station:

Seems that the rain had started as I was in transit. I guess I'm gonna have to count the skate to the MRT...

Might just be me but I think that roof is in the wrong place...

 

Came across this bench at one of the stops, roasted a quick wiener then went back to Ross, Taylor and Scots'.

Fail.

Went a couple times. First one didn't go so well until Asik came and caught dinner for us. Second time everybody caught tons, except me. 

Went back to the Bukit after a trip up the coast and some rain, wasn't quite as nice.

OK, I have somehow become too busy with edits and trying to get this new website up and going, and traveling the world, chasing a girl, shooting and surfing to do much writing.
